1. Agreement and Service

These Terms govern your use of Fragrance Collect. The service helps users discover, compare, save, and follow links to fragrance offers. Fragrance Collect is not the seller, merchant of record, payment processor, shipper, or manufacturer of products shown on the site.

2. Retailer Offers and Purchases

Purchases are completed with independent third-party retailers and are subject to that retailer's terms, privacy policy, shipping rules, authenticity policy, and return or refund policy. Contact the retailer for order, payment, delivery, return, refund, warranty, or product-quality issues.

Prices, availability, product images, descriptions, shipping estimates, ratings, and links can change or contain errors. Confirm all material details on the retailer's site before purchasing.

3. Affiliate Disclosure and Ordering

Some outbound links are affiliate links. Fragrance Collect may receive a commission from a qualifying purchase without increasing the price you pay. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten service security, or create legal risk. We may correct or remove inaccurate catalog content without notice.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Fragrance preferences and performance are subjective, and recommendations are informational rather than guarantees. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free data, retailer performance, product authenticity, suitability, or a particular fragrance result.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fragrance Collect is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the service or a transaction with a third-party retailer. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
